Why is constipation bad?

Constipation means waste products, chemicals, and hormones aren’t eliminated properly and are allowed to recirculate back into your body. This is not good. šŸ™

Other chronic illnesses can also develop throughout the body because you’re not absorbing nutrients effectively and eliminating wastes. This is no way to live!
